Advertising Policy

Advertising Policy

The Global International Journal of Innovative Research (GIJIR) is committed to maintaining the integrity, independence, and credibility of scholarly publishing. The journal ensures that any advertising, sponsorship, or promotional activities are conducted transparently and never compromise editorial independence, publication ethics, or the scientific quality of published content.

Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of academic merit and are entirely independent of any commercial or financial interests.

1. Current Advertising Practice

At present, GIJIR does not rely on commercial advertising as a source of revenue.

The journal website is primarily dedicated to scholarly publishing and does not display commercial advertisements that promote products or services unrelated to the journal's academic mission.

If advertising is introduced in the future, it will be managed in accordance with this policy and internationally recognized standards of scholarly publishing.

2. Acceptable Advertising

Where applicable, GIJIR may consider advertisements or sponsorships that are relevant to the academic and research community, including but not limited to:
* academic conferences and scientific meetings;
* scholarly books and academic publications;
* research software and scientific tools;
* educational programs and professional training;
* academic institutions;
* research organizations;
* funding opportunities;
* other products or services that support research, education, or scholarly communication.

GIJIR reserves the right to reject any advertisement that is inconsistent with the journal's mission, ethical standards, or reputation.

3. Unacceptable Advertising

GIJIR will not accept advertisements that:
* are false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated;
* promote illegal products or services;
* discriminate against individuals or groups;
* contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material;
* conflict with applicable laws or ethical standards;
* could reasonably undermine public confidence in the journal's independence or integrity.

The Publisher reserves the right to refuse or remove any advertisement that does not comply with this policy.

4. Responsibility for Advertising Decisions

All decisions regarding the acceptance, placement, modification, or removal of advertisements are made by the Publisher or its authorized administrative representatives.

The Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board, and Reviewers are not involved in commercial advertising decisions and have no responsibility for advertising management.

This separation ensures that editorial decision-making remains entirely independent from commercial activities.

5. Separation Between Advertising and Editorial Content

Advertising content shall always be clearly distinguishable from editorial content.

Advertisements shall not:
* appear within peer-reviewed articles;
* be presented in a manner that could be interpreted as editorial endorsement;
* imitate the visual appearance of scholarly content;
* interfere with the readability or integrity of published articles.

Editorial content, peer-reviewed articles, and publication decisions remain completely separate from advertising activities.

6. No Influence on Editorial Decisions

Advertising, sponsorship, financial support, or commercial relationships shall never influence:
* manuscript submission;
* editorial screening;
* reviewer selection;
* peer review;
* editorial evaluation;
* acceptance or rejection decisions;
* publication scheduling;
* corrections or retractions.

Editorial decisions are based exclusively on scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and reviewer recommendations.

7. Online Advertising

If online advertising is introduced in the future, advertisements may be displayed in designated areas of the journal website that are clearly separated from scholarly content.

Advertisements shall not be selected, targeted, or displayed based on:
* the editorial outcome of submitted manuscripts;
* confidential information obtained during the editorial process; or
* individual reviewer or editor activities.

Where applicable, online advertisements may be served through standard website placement or other non-editorial mechanisms that do not affect or influence the publication process.

8. Sponsorship

GIJIR may collaborate with academic institutions, universities, professional associations, research organizations, or funding bodies to support scholarly communication and publication activities.

Any sponsorship shall be disclosed transparently where appropriate and shall not grant sponsors any authority over:
* editorial policy;
* manuscript evaluation;
* reviewer selection;
* publication decisions; or
* journal governance.

9. Policy Review

The Publisher periodically reviews this Advertising Policy to ensure continued compliance with international publishing standards, publication ethics, and best practices.

Any future changes to the journal's advertising practices will be reflected transparently on the journal website.

Statement of Independence

The Global International Journal of Innovative Research (GIJIR) maintains a strict separation between commercial activities and editorial operations. Advertising, sponsorship, or other commercial relationships shall never influence editorial policies, peer review, manuscript evaluation, or publication decisions. The journal remains fully committed to transparency, editorial independence, and the ethical dissemination of scholarly knowledge in accordance with the *COPE Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing*.
