Ownership and Management Policy
The Global International Journal of Innovative Research (GIJIR) is committed to maintaining transparency regarding its ownership, governance, and management in accordance with internationally recognized standards for scholarly publishing and the COPE Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing.
The journal clearly identifies the organization responsible for its ownership, publication, editorial management, and administrative operations. This information is publicly available on the journal website to ensure that authors, reviewers, editors, readers, and indexing agencies can accurately identify the entity responsible for the journal.
1. Journal Owner
The Global International Journal of Innovative Research (GIJIR) is owned and published by:
Global Society Publishing
Global Society Publishing is the legal publisher responsible for the publication, administration, maintenance, strategic development, and long-term sustainability of the journal.
The Publisher provides the infrastructure, publishing platform, production services, and administrative support necessary for the journal while fully respecting the editorial independence of the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board.
2. Journal Management
The daily management of GIJIR is carried out by the Editorial Office under the supervision of the Editor-in-Chief.
The Editorial Office is responsible for coordinating the journal's operational and administrative activities, including:
manuscript submission administration;
editorial correspondence;
peer review coordination;
publication scheduling;
production management;
website administration;
DOI registration and metadata management;
indexing support;
publication ethics administration; and
communication with authors, reviewers, editors, and readers.
All journal operations are conducted in accordance with the journal's editorial policies, publication ethics, and internationally recognized standards of scholarly publishing.
3. Strategic Academic Collaboration
To strengthen scholarly communication and expand opportunities for international publication, Global International Journal of Innovative Research (GIJIR) collaborates with AMDI (Asosiasi Mahasiswa dan Dosen Indonesia), one of the recognized academic associations in Indonesia.
This collaboration aims to facilitate the dissemination and publication of high-quality scholarly works produced by members of AMDI, including lecturers, researchers, students, and academic practitioners. Through this partnership, GIJIR serves as an international platform for the publication of research originating from the association while encouraging academic collaboration, innovation, and scientific knowledge exchange.
The collaboration between GIJIR and AMDI is limited to academic cooperation, publication facilitation, scientific communication, and research dissemination. It does not confer any ownership rights, managerial authority, or editorial control over the journal.
All manuscripts submitted by AMDI members or through collaborative activities with AMDI are processed in exactly the same manner as all other submissions. Every manuscript undergoes the journal's standard editorial screening, plagiarism detection, double-blind peer review process, ethical evaluation, and editorial assessment without exception.
Neither AMDI nor any affiliated institution has the authority to influence editorial decisions, reviewer selection, manuscript acceptance, rejection, or publication scheduling. Editorial decisions remain entirely independent and are based solely on academic merit, scientific quality, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and reviewer recommendations.
4. Editorial Independence
Although GIJIR is published by Global Society Publishing and collaborates with various academic institutions and professional organizations, all editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board.
Neither the Publisher, collaborating organizations, sponsors, institutional partners, nor any external party may influence editorial judgments concerning:
manuscript acceptance or rejection;
reviewer selection;
editorial evaluation;
publication ethics investigations;
corrections;
retractions; or
expressions of concern.
Editorial decisions are based exclusively on the scientific quality, originality, relevance, methodological rigor, ethical integrity, and scholarly contribution of submitted manuscripts.
5. Roles and Responsibilities
To ensure transparency and good governance, clear distinctions are maintained between the responsibilities of the Publisher and those of the Editorial Team.
Global Society Publishing is responsible for:
journal ownership and administration;
publication infrastructure;
website maintenance;
production and dissemination services;
DOI registration;
digital preservation and archiving;
indexing support;
financial administration; and
compliance with publishing standards.
The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board are responsible for:
editorial policy implementation;
manuscript evaluation;
peer review management;
editorial decision-making;
publication quality assurance;
research integrity;
publication ethics oversight; and
investigation of publication misconduct.
6. Transparency of Ownership
GIJIR does not conceal, misrepresent, or obscure information regarding its ownership, publisher, or journal management.
The journal does not use misleading names, organizational affiliations, institutional identities, or branding that could reasonably mislead authors, reviewers, readers, editors, or indexing agencies regarding the identity of the journal owner, publisher, or management.
All information concerning ownership and management published on the journal website accurately reflects the legal entity responsible for the journal.
7. Organizational Independence
The governance structure of GIJIR is designed to preserve editorial independence while promoting collaboration with the global academic community.
Business interests, commercial considerations, institutional affiliations, organizational partnerships, financial arrangements, or academic collaborations shall not interfere with editorial decision-making or compromise the integrity, fairness, objectivity, or transparency of the peer review process.
The journal is committed to maintaining accountability, transparency, and public trust in scholarly publishing.
8. Changes in Ownership or Management
Any significant changes concerning the ownership, publisher, management, or governance structure of GIJIR will be announced transparently on the journal website.
Where appropriate, relevant indexing databases, authors, reviewers, editors, readers, and other stakeholders will be informed of any material organizational changes to ensure continuity, transparency, and confidence in the journal's governance.
Statement of Transparency
The Global International Journal of Innovative Research (GIJIR) is owned and published by Global Society Publishing. The journal is managed by its Editorial Office under the leadership of the Editor-in-Chief and is supported through academic collaboration with AMDI (Asosiasi Mahasiswa dan Dosen Indonesia) to facilitate the dissemination of scholarly publications from the association's academic community.
This collaboration is limited to academic cooperation and publication facilitation and does not grant AMDI any editorial authority or influence over the journal's governance or editorial decisions. All manuscripts, regardless of their origin or institutional affiliation, are evaluated through the same independent editorial and double-blind peer review process.
